"I would truly recommend The Appliance Medic from the first call to the end the customer service was excellent. I called them on a Monday morning and spoke to Amy who was so friendly and helpful. She told me that Chris would come out that afternoon and he arrived right on time and was friendly and very polite. Chris had to order some parts but managed to get my washing machine working until the parts arrived. I was advised the parts would only take a couple of days to arrive. Amy rang me on Wednesday to let me know the parts had arrived and booked Chris to come back at a time that was best for me and he came out on the Thursday at 6pm and fixed my washing machine. The price was really reasonable too. First class service and I will definitely use them again and recommend them. Well done guys fantastic service."
